I got the sides of the bucket trimmed and started cleaning up so that an accurate shaped visor will fit properly. It's tough because the helmet itself wasn't pulled very well. It's warped on the bottom. The more I put into this thing, the more I think I could have just sculpted or built a new one from pepakura.
