Cragar
I think I'm ready, but want some feedback from the Veterans. Any and all criticism welcome. Help me get it right. Southscout
Although I'm not a veteran yet, I would say it looks good, but you should put the pouches higher up, maybe bringing the flaps in under the chest.
roguescout
your pouches are both the same and u should try to attach them under the armour, also you should have the wrist armour over the gloves.the leg straps look like they are not in line with each other one of them looks lower than the other. other than that looking good keep up the good work
Griffin-X
Overall, looks very good...nice job. Mostly, just some adjustments for the "look and feel" but nothing that would affect approval. I'd pull up your cummberbund, which will help to pull the pouches up (as noted above). You def. need to have the forearm armor over the gloves. Over time, you might consider altering your suit a tad to be less baggy. Again, nothing that would affect general-clearance, just little things to make it look better. Great work. 4505Marcel
Easy 501st pass bro, I would however attach your rear drop box straps behind your main belt. It looks like you have the pouch top tabs folded over, they want to go straight up under the chest. And put your forearm armour over the glove and the biceps want to go up a touch, and try and stuff the pouches so they are a little less boxey Ive just thinned mine down as i feel they stuck out to far, but if you want a picky view for say lancer or accuracy. Then the flight suit is too baggy around the legs, just run a stitch up the outer seam and tighten them up. the cummerbund maybe could be tightened up at the back also and the sleeves on the vest are a touch too long. Second strap on the knee armour needs adding, those black clips want to come off the TD, right in theory but these are wrong, so we havent added clips yet to the CRL as we havent nailed it. Thigh straps need tightening up also, all easy fixes bro. All in all your scout is very nice mate, get it in for clearance and troop!!!!! Chex
Agree with everyone. Easy approval. One thing I would also add is to bring up your drop boxes a tad more. Maybe about an inch. Like everyone else said though, just fitting it to you better for a cleaner look. Good job on the build. Get those pics submitted!
Cragar
I have submited these pictures and a few more for 501st approval. I have fixed the thigh straps being even, moved the pouches up. Fixed the belt, moved the drop boxes up just a little and put the webbing on the back of the belt in the rear. I have put a little more velcro on to hold up the bicept armor a little better. The knee armor has the top 1/2inch elastic riveted on, just cant see it because of the baggyness of legs. I think the flight suit looks a little baggy because I sat down before taking the pictures and it pulled the legs up and probably caused the cummberbund to look a little loose. The clips on the TD are from the MonCal kit, so I need to find something a little smaller. This weekend will take a little off of the sleeves of the vest, and do a little more tweaking to get it to look a little crisper. Thanks for all the input, will post some more pices after I tweak it a bit.
Dart
I think the flight suit looks a little baggy because I sat down before taking the pictures and it pulled the legs up and probably caused the cummberbund to look a little loose. Sew some elastic straps to the pant leg opening so that they'll stay tucked in.
