Maybe it’s just me but the image isn’t loading? I didn’t wanna be too hasty and go ahead with the appliance white. I guess it’s not gonna be as white as pure brilliant white, but the Ferrari white seems to have a super slight creaminess?

So is there a definitive, modern day 21st century white paint that’s become the go to for scout helmets? Is there a source for some good 1980s Ferrari white that people have been using? Or a perfectly matched modern alternative? What do we think is the ultimate choice when painting a biker scout lid…

Thanks for the replies guys. Yea I have the image with those measurements. basically I’m concerned I’ve cut my two helmet halves short or at a slight angle or something because for the life of me I can’t get them together neatly. Maybe I haven’t and I just need to cut back some more in places, but I don’t want to risk. These front and back measurements should help me know exactly where I am 😊

Hi! I was wondering if anyone with an RS scout or enough knowledge of the real thing would know the distance between these points? (The second one is across the headband from circle to circle, if that wasn’t clear)
