  1. Thanks bud should be an “easy” job to do in the next armor party! If I’m not mistaken biker scouts are kinda known to be lightly weather in spots maybe some clean ones in the background hahaha
  2. Hey, I looked through the trend roughly and aware of the video tutorial not a lot to it, straight forward but is there a particular type/brand of black paint rattle can that will be best and how do I lightly weather the cummerbund and cod? Use the black paint as well? and same with the boots? thanks
  3. Hello Everyone Im currently in the process of wanting to lightly weather my scout armor, helmet, and soft parts. From what I understand this is a “simple” straightforward process but I’m not sure, what exactly do I need and how can it be done, a can of black paint?spay with distance? Weathering pallet? I’d appreciate any tips, tricks, suggestions I am unfamiliar with handy stuff, I got my scout costume prebuilt from RS Prop Masters and now decided to weather the armor I’d appreciate all the help thanks!👹
  4. Ok, I’ll add some little water to the white paint to thin but mostly I’ll test out before applying, one thing though do I need to add a “concealer” for the paint won’t run off or is it all good?
  5. I actually have a paint/air brush for use in model kits if I find gloss bright white you think it will patch it up with light air compression???
  6. I used olive oil with q tip then toothpick with the alcohol do better or same?
  7. Weathering now will surely stop any future OCD thoughts of perfection, I’m bound to come across more scuffs in my life time plus I think most scouts are weathered except maybe the ones in the background
  8. Hi, hmmm I’m still deciding if I wanna go the weathered route, it’ll look cool but it’s work I didn’t think I’d be doing this soon
  9. Hi, my helmet was made/bought from RS Prop Masters,
  10. Hey Everyone! Im posting to hopefully get some help for a patch job on my helmet faceplate, I originally had a small paint chip and tried to fix it with a bright white car paint brush but I then smeared and overall ended with this, is there such a thing as a marker or something to do a patch make it blend in more, maybe not 100% flawless but 90% I’d appreciate all the help thanks!
