Hello, Troopers! I have a SC kit and am looking for information on painting the black border areas on the snout area behind the cast resin piece. I realize that the entire area doesn't necessarily need to be painted as the snout detail will cover most of it anyway and the bare plastic will be a better surface to glue the cast resin piece. But, how far up the sides of the raised borders should the black paint go? Of course this is for eventual Lancer approval, so if any of you Lancer TBs can post a pic of your helmet in that area, I'd be thankful. Thanks!

I know how to fix that. But if you want it to be more screen accurate, I’d try to take it off and replace correctly. The CS version is a much nicer casting!
