Good day, Could someone point me in the right direction as to attach the belt kit together from armoury shop please.

Hi I've just purchased the patrol trooper from armoury shop. Does anyone have this build? If so could you share some advice for building it. I've an idea for most parts but the back plate behind abs is baffling me. Would I attach rubber to this to allow better movement and for getting on better?
