Since I don't have a 3d printer, where is a good place to buy a DLT-19x to build? I am totally lost here. There are so many choices on Etsy. And I'm sure other places too. Are there any places that are recommended?

Shouldn't it be black on the flak? Or are you doing a different build?

I am going to look into a budget sewing machine and probably do the t-shirt method.

I would do that if I had a sewing machine and the know how.

I can't seem to find any vendors for the flak vest part of the soft goods. Any ideas where I can find one? Preferably in the United States.
