Finally Finished the helmet! I think it turned out quite ok. Made myself a raised snout out of a piece of 2mm ABS instead of using the decal KS had sended with the helmet, and Installed tactical helmet padding. I'm going to replace the other decals and the gray bolt/henge cover in time. It's only for display and not mentioned for Trooping. It turns out a bit purple at some angles, but that's due to the ABS Kropserkel uses. Thanks for all the feedback and advise I was fortunate to receive during the build! That's gold! Pulled the faceplate and visor loose yesterday and repositioned it to divide the gaps more evenly. I used good old E6000 to reattach it again and clamped it. Thanks Greenyone! It's taped together, and test fitted it on the assembled bucket. I think shrinking the visor width can be a solution, but it's a radical one... Cheers!

I'm running into a problem while building my KS helmet kit. The visor seems to be to wide to fit properly attached to the faceplate. The left side fits pretty nice (I think) but I have to force the right side in place to stuck to the visor. As a result oft his there is a lot of force (torque) pulling on it which causes it to tear both parts apart of each other. So far I have used Scotch 3m foam tape (as recomend by Kropserkel in their build video) to bond the sides. Should E6000 do the trick? Or some extra trimming somewhere (like in the left top corner of the faceplate)?
