    Hi buddy The helmet is not an issue for me its the Armour I used ArmourWhite on it and its passable now.. I got three helmets now.. moncal Lonewolf Altmans lol

    Mr Poopies Blaster! So with my 3d printer Elegoo Saturn I printed Mr poopies blaster Blaster at home!.... I like Mr poopies blaster i have compared it to a real Single Scope and I found that it is about 5mm too long still an awesome file ! Now i spent the time learning blender and fusion I might 3d model it when i get time so for now its on the back burner.

    Helmet ok trimmed a bit of the helmet.. what should be the rough estimate mesurement be for teh visor and faceplate currently mine is around 35mm Going to trim a little bit more so that the visor sits better. I take it i need to follow this line for the faceplate? I am trying to work on this everyday even if its a small bit good for my mental health. I literally been wearing a mask for nearly a year....... stay safe Tomorrow is going to be knees and forearms as I now have the right elastic.. 12mm and 25mm

    Thermal Detonator This one is quite easy... I am not sure the end caps have enough concure on them.. I think i like to build the tube type andwrap it and then make some ,ore accurate clips, I do have access to a turret machine and amada press so maybe... If not I can ask for a qoute to get a few thousand made in china lol

    Hi Guys, Thank you for the pointers! Yes these are resin printed on a Elegoo Mars. I think they are about $199 now I have updated since then to a Elegoo Saturn due to the bigger build plate. The prints took around 30 Mins I washed them in Isopro, dried and cured them in the sun. I think the cost was around $2-3 in resin. All printed default with water washable resin 0.05mm layers. Files were Mr Poopies I also printed Mr Poopies Blaster on my Saturn will upload pictures once I get chance.

    Helmet I have started with the helmet. this is a lonewolf Helmet from CFO in the UK. I started to rough trim. I have done a quick test "put together".. the bottom opening is 18cm I am not sure it that matters.. The helmet is not symetrical the right side is slightly tapered inwards, looking at Starwarshelmets.com its looks about right. (Still unsure though) onto trimming the faceplate.. Here is where i like to get some input... how much plastic do I trim back? how do I get the correct line?

    Yeah its his rotocast helmet its nice dont get me wrong just I had those issues, i also repalced the greeblies on th tank topper as cals was a bit smaller.. Still i am happy with my armour now its back to white!

    I know this is an old thread ... however.. I have a moncal biker Kit set armour and helmet. Everything is included in the kit and is nicely trimmed. looks great and now for the bad things well for me and others it seems.... the plastic yellows crazy fast i mean it was inside my house on the table in the middle of the room and it yellowed badly.. used armour white however and its gone back to a decent white. i will look into what i can do to protect it from UV. Helmet great shape but the resin helmet for me was again a issue It has been in my pile to do list in my reception room when i came to test fit the parts the helmet is warped slightly and has a slight crack where the straps go thru, it is trimmed very nice . I contacted Cal said about the yellowing and helmet and was told not to leave it in the sun and that was it, its not seen proper sunlight yet. Pros Full kit everything needed. trimmed nicely Quite accurate. Cons bad plastic yellowing fast hate the resin helmet painfully slow for response times on email Slow shipping and turnaround I have since gone to CFO to replace my helmet for the lonewolf spoke to mark about the plastic etc he said he would of replaced it for me and mark from CFO responds very quickly, his shipping is good as he gets a discount from DHL and passes it onto the customer. he has quick turnarounds. This is why I dealt with him as his customer service is good i am located in Japan. I am so disapointed in my Moncal helmet and dont want to finish it as its so depressing for me. As for the Armour I hope it does not yellow and become brittle yeah it will not last forever get that but it should not yellow when its in a room within the first month.
