There is a video that helped me a bit. But in short, I cut and trimmed all the pieces first (and painted the black part of the face, and the snout greeb). I then glued the cap to the back along the small zone that is in contact with each other. I then shaped the visor to allow proper space around the front of the crown area while meeting at the sides in an appropriate place and aligned the visor to the face shield. After measuring and sanding for another couple hours, I finally drove a very small drill through where i thought the hinge would eventually go and used paperclips to mock up the alignment. I did notice the small manufacturer mark/artifact that "looks" like a drill zone/alignment zone is pretty inaccurate and I'm starting to think its not a mark at all. After the alignment was done, I actually glued the visor to the faceplate, starting with the brow area. The last step was just bolding down the face shield, to the other portion.

Okay, here we go. I think were good. I ended up pulling out all the stitching, added a 2mm foam inside, and then remade the arch. We were at this And now were at this...

Unfortunately when I build I tend to go dark and silent until I pop up near the end of a specific project. I have been posting some images here and there when I had questions but I figured I might as well make one thread with it all. BUCKET So far I have my helmet complete: SUIT UP This was my first suit up: I have to make some adjustments to the cod for sure. I am going to raise it up about 3 inches. However doing so made the arch double stitch only about 1 or 2 inches from the bottom of the belt. I think i'm going to have to pull the arch stitching and move it about 3 or 4 inches lower. Then I think everything will look much more.. normal... BOOTS I also said that I would post a picture of the boots, which I worked on today. Here is what i have so far. Now i just have to rivet the holster in. Stay tuned more to come tomorrow once this glue dries...

Finishing boots today, making some adjustments on the cod, then I’ll suit up again and show you 360. Thanks for the feedback @Chopper

come to think of it. this cod piece needs adjustment. I think i know what happened here...

First time fitting it all together. Thoughts? Comments? How can I make it better?
-
I put rubber washers on the pivot bolts so it stays open and fully shut by tension only without issues
-
thank you!
-
I think that just about does it. Any final comments for the bucket?
-
Thanks for the feedback, I’ll sand that right side edge up a hair. Yes, opens well, and closes to what you see in the photo with only the tension from the rubber washers and stays closed.

Well, here she is, nearly done. Took me long enough. Thoughts?
-
Perfect, excellent video thank you.
-
Cheers, just read through it. And here I thought the TK bucket was sketchy.

Hello again friends, Are there any threads y'all know of around here that can serve as a walkthrough for the Studio Creations(v2) bucket build? I can see how it all fits together for the most part, but I would love some pointers before I even attempt this. Thank you all in advance.
