Anyone ever hear back about this project? -
Aside from tiding up the ears, it should be OK once you give it a fresh coat of paint. For me as the wearer, it would bug me that the helmet is heavy as it is made of fibreglass, where as the the actual KS one is made out of ABS and is light as a feather.
