My set just arrived today and everything looks great. The flightsuit needs some adjustment though and it fits a bit large in some areas.

Anyone heard any updates on this? Was told by Andrea that people would have this in time for Celebration and obviously that's not the case now. Sent a message asking about it earlier this week but haven't heard back yet.

I'd be really surprised if something did. I have their snow trooper, tie pilot and x-wing pilot costumes and all of them are fantastic

Just got this message from Andrea; the biker is getting pushed back.

Having trooped before in a fiberglass helmet, I have no regrets paying extra for their ABS version.

The pre-order just ensures you're one of the first to get a set. RS will keep making them; not sure if the price will change or not though as RS has said they're still hammering out the details on the soft goods.

The RS Scout has direct linage if that sort of thing matters to you. Plus the quality from RS is fantastic so you wouldn't have any worries there.

That's the other reason I passed on the Red Label helmet; having worn a MLC biker helmet in the past it gets heavy really fast. Plus I wasn't sure how well fiberglass and vac-formed plastic was going to look together. Here's the latest v-blog entry from RS showing off the scout

I went full ABS for both accuracy and I also have one of their ABS helmets already and it's top notch.

Went all in and picked up the full set. I've got a few of their helmets and have been really happy with the quality so no worries here that RS will deliver.
