    I second Ukswrath system. Also if you are electronically inclined, you can also build your own. Amazon has DIY amplifier kits

    Thanks a cool idea, but you dont need to get that detailed with a 3D scan. Just get some rough head measurements and make an oval shape in any CAD program with those dimensions. You can then scale accordingly.
