Sorry for the slow reply, I've figured out what seemed to be the problem. I was not applying enough heat to the boots, as was mentioned. Again, sorry for the late reply. Thank you guys very much!

Hey Everyone! I’ve recently started work on a Biker Scout. However, I’m having trouble with the boots. I’ve followed two tutorials on the forums, and I’ve used another video as a reference. Nonetheless, I’ve had problems with the vinyl bunching up on my boots. Any suggestions?? Thank you all in advance!
