Thanks, decided to add them last night. Cut a template to build the recess, then cut it out and built the oblongs with green stuff. Took a few hours, but happy with the results. Eventually plan to print a Paul's kit, but that is a ways off. Decided I was better safe than sorry.

Okay, I have been working to build a head shop props kit, a nightmare at the best of times. The back plate has needed a lot of work, but, I have managed to make most of it work. Unfortunately, it is missing the 5 oblong recesses along both sides. While I have managed to fix most issues, these ones are still missing. They are not listed in the CRL as either needed or optional. I will need to rebuild most of the Upper torso if I plan to move to level 2, but are these recesses needed for level one? my hope is to get basic approval, then upgrade as finances improve.

Thanks, that's my backup if things don't move along soon. I've got the resin belt pieces in a simple green bath right now. Still need to add the Velcro to the legs and weather them more, so I have a little bit before I'm ready.

Working on the legs.unfortunately, my shirt is running late due to Geeky Pink's fire, so she is behind. I'd like to have it to size the waist and arms correctly. Legs were a pain, really poor pulls from Head shop props ( not impressed with this kit, still missing pieces I'll never see) but I think I made them work. Used Paul's straps.

Making slow progress, bucket assembled minus the chin strap (need to paint it), gloves together. Beach day try out.

Alright, a few minor updates. Managed to get my Montana beige and some black spray. Ordered the lvl 2 pants through dark side closet, and Geeky Pink Gaskets in Canada, where I am, is going to make my shirt. Ordered gloves through Endor finders. So, most soft parts dealt with except the belt, which I plan to order fromMr. Paul when I order his strapping kit. I also ordered the belt cover, chin strap and visor from Mr. Paul, the visor looks like a good fit for the HSP kit. now I need to buy some primer as I start to sand the bucket. Thinking posting images here is a pain, so I will set something up on Pinterest or instagram for a photo dump. still having a hard time sourcing the orange and blue in Canada, I may have to go closest to.

Thanks, just messaged Paul to get a visor. I also posted BSP for the kit, It was HSP so I corrected. One step at a time.

Hi all, Long time TI, IG and ID deciding to go for a bit more armour. Building a shore squad leader, since it seems to provide the greatest range of motion. I don't imagine this will be a quick build, but you are welcome to watch me muddle my way along. Currently I have the the orca bay boots and the E22 printed and primed black. This has been a very slow start, I bought the HSP kit, and after 18 months it finally arrived. (This is after a 6 month debacle with someone rotocasting the bucket and no shipping, but I won't name him here as We all know who he was) I have not brought the rest of the soft parts yet as I had to hold funds back to finish paying HSP and it was always coming soon. I plan to start with the bucket, order the pants and do the legs next. Today I got a bit of a start drilling out the extra resin on the bucket, now I can see. I do not have a visor yet, so I will need to take out a bit more to fit it. Planning to try ordering one from Mr. Paul and fitting it. So far, the HSP kit is of two minds. The resin parts are nice, and fairly crisp. The kit did not come with the belt cover for the back, but they should be fairly easy to make. The only disappointment so far is the back plate, which is only lvl one and missing the lvl 2 details. The pull is also a little soft on the edges. I may try and model the lvl 2 details in when I get there, but that will be a long time from now. my next steps, order pants, visor, paint for the bucket. follow Roguebaron on Instagram or look for Roguebaron's shore build on Pinterest. Welcome aboard.

In from Lifestyle today, well packaged but a very long wait. Didn't get a shipping notice, they just showed up today. The boots fit well.

Ordered a pair from Lifestyle and Heritage, been a very long wait, but their last email says they should have stock soon as the spring styles start to arrive. I'll post when they actually get here.
