Greetings Troopers !! Have my EC-17 Scout Pistol. Fellow Scout and Lancer has suggested I use Putty to fill in the Tiny Holes visible on Close Inspection of my pistol. As my EC-17 Pistol is a DVH Pistol and made of Hard Rubber, I would Greatly Appreciate Any Advice/Suggestions on how to solve this. What would You suggest ?? Looking to post images once I find a suitable image service since the demise of Photo Bucket. Your Help would be Greatly Appreciated. Cheers

Am in the process of completing my Scout I'm looking for advice/guidance on how best to 1: Align one cheek of the helmet on my SC Helmet as it is slightly ajar, heard suggestions of a Heat Gun. Have not yet used one so guidance would help, Lol. 2:Cutting of ear holes, details/guidance of how best to achieve screen accurate look 'Turned In' look gratefully appreciated. 3. Grey 3M Bolts for Visor Hinge. Have explored Imperialsurpluscom as suggested. Am attempting to determine if they stock them as the site is Heavily geared towards Animated Clone Armour. WHERE could '3M Grey Bolts be acquired if that site proves a dead end ?? Help most urgently requested....

Hi Travis, Am bout 85% complete on my Scot build. Agree, SC a Good source for armour, mine arrived last month and am Most Impressed with Quality and Service. Wampawear.com are a Very Good source for 'Biker Scout Race Suit' as well as the Scout Gloves, many Scouts use these. Creativeartshop.com is a Good choice for 'Flak Vest' and Cummerbund. Myself have recently received my DVH Pistol and I'm glad I went through Darh Vorhees as it is a Very good quality.

Yeah, I would too. Recently received my Kit and noticed that one side didn't quite fit as well as other side. Myself and a friend agreed that adding a small bit of Velcro would be best suited and minimise impact on ABS plastic.

Greetings from Western Australia , am looking to aquire a open faced Black Balaclava as my Scout is nearing completion. Am reluctant to trust Ebay. Had difficulty finding such a Balaclava either Online or visiting Motorcycle shops (My 2nd home, Lol). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Greetings Troopers , Since my last post I am well on my way to completing my Scout Costume. Gloves, Suit I have, Cummerbund and Flak Vest are expected to arrive within the fortnight. Sources for Boots and EC-17 Pistol have been chosen. My question is Does Anyone know a 'Cannon' Source for the Scout Trooper "Rank Indicator Stripes" located on the Scouts Suit ?? 501st's CRL states they can number between 0-6 in Number. After Extensive research have had Great Difficulty in finding a Scout Trooper Rank Chart. Any help regarding this would be greatly appreciated so I can place the 2nd highest NCO stripes on my Scout Armour when it arrives. Look forward to replies and Thanks in advance

Greetings Troopers !! Am in the process of building my Scout Trooper costume, have the jumpsuit and gloves. Am attending the 'Riding Patches' and butt flap. Have been researching for while trying to find a 'Scout Trooper' Tank Rank Chart.... There's a abundance of Storm Trooper 'Ear Piece' Rank Charts. Am VERY eager to locate such a chart for 'Scout Trooper's'. 501st CRL says Rank Indicator is on the top right hand side of the tank on the back armour numbering from 0-6 stripes depending on the Scouts rank. Served for 5 years in the Army Cadets in high school achieving the rank of Warrant Officer 2nd Class (WO2) the 2nd highest NCO-Non Commissioned Officer rank. Would very much like to match this for my Scout Trooper Costume for admission to the 501st Legion. Could anyone please help me with this information. Thanks

Hi, Am building a Scout Trooper Costume myself for admission to the 501st Legion. My own Extensive research has come up with 2 Sources for a Scout Pistol: 1. Studiocreations.com 2. Polymerarmory.com Have really GOOD look at the site. Have communicated with Polymerarmory.com and they have told me that although difficult they would also be able to add an Unmarked glass lens to the Pistol Scope. Hope this helps You

Does Anyone have information on where I could obtain/have made a Scout Trooper "Flak Vest" as per 501st CRL Standards ?? 2: Any suggestions on where I could source items for Scout Troopers Boots as Per 501st CRL Standards ?? 3: Have followed star wars since the late 70's and since communicating with various fans, info contained in games and a number of books, I have begun to hear the term "Lancers" used regarding some Scout Troopers but not others.Could someone please explain further. Is this regarding the sniper equipped Scout Troopers ?? As I as of the Impression that ALL Scot Troopers received sniper training and were able to use the DLT-20A. Or is this a branch of the Scout Troopers that is similar to the 181st Tie Pilots as opposed the standard Tie Pilots ?? Thank for Your help and Your advice and comments are Greatly appreciated
