Yes I do. I have a couple in my tour of duty log on here you can take a look at. They are towards the very end of the log. There are also a few on my Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/p/CM_ES8JsAFl5pw-AtEQ7bfqGq4GmJwVru3xCIg0/?utm_medium=copy_link

Thanks brother. Let me know if you have any questions! Good luck on the build. When it’s all done, it’s a solid blaster to carry and honestly not very heavy at all. Keep in mind you’ll want a wooden dowel rod down the middle of it. (The 3D file is made to accommodate this!)

Congrats and well done!! Love the weathering! It’s spot on.

THANK YOU ALL! These past 100 troops have been an absolute blast and I am looking forward to the next 100! Mickey, I hope this pic will work. It was a recent favorite of mine.

Congrats Mickey! Keep up the good work. This wouldn’t be the best detachment in the legion if it wasn’t for you and your team.

You're almost there! Don't forget to weather your bund/cod/pouches! I dig the weathering on the armor. Velcro helps so much with suiting up. I recommend velcro under the bicep armor pieces and the knees. (I had problems at first with troops where my knee armor would slide down and hit the top of my boots).

For what it’s worth, Disney has a bunch of DLT-20As on display in their Rise of Resistance ride (in the queue area before the briefing). They are all black with a good amount weathering, so that’s personally what I went with when I painted mine.

Congrats and thank you for your service to the detachment! -
The DLT-20a from April Storm is right at 42.5” or 108cm. The grip and trigger portion feels fine in my hand. Overall it looks and feels right to me. I used some pics I took at Disney as some references when looking into the DLT-20a. (There’s a bunch of these blasters on display in Rise of The Resistance ride in Galaxys Edge) I just posted some pics a week ago of my completed build:

Yep. It was from April Storms Etsy shop. The whole thing took about 3 rounds of priming / sanding. (the barrel shroud took a couple of extra rounds to get that looking the way it does.) I used Rustoleum grey filler primer in between sanding. The key when working with 3d prints is that you aren't trying to sand down the layers of the print but rather sanding the filler primer. If you sand down the actual plastic print too much you can take it down to the supports inside, which is something you absolutely don't want. So be careful of that. Also be careful using tools like a Dremel to sand your 3d prints. They heat up so much after only a little bit of sanding and will easily melt your plastic. Sanding by hand is the best way to go in my opinion and what I did for this blaster. Also for the couple of small cracks where the prints didn't join flush, I used some sandable wood filler. Once I had the blaster looking as smooth as I possible, I used Rustoleums Professional High Performance Enamel in a flat black. Give it light coats. You don't want to lay down anything too heavy and risk runs or uneven build up. Finally it was detailed / weathered using some miniature paints. (mostly silver and some gun metal). Most of the blaster was dry brushed with accents hit to highlight them. The barrel took forever. I came back in some of the crevices with some black wash to dirty them up.

Hey there scouts! I finished up my DLT-20a this past week and figured I'd throw some pics up here in case anyone else was looking for a sweet looking blaster project for their scout. I 3d printed this from a set of files I purchased off of Etsy. They were really great files to work with and made printing it easy (although it still took a few rounds of primer & sanding before all of the print lines disappeared).

Padded or hard case helmet bag
Barber replied to TwistedZen's topic in ROTJ Biker Scout Armor/Helmet
I took my helmet as a carry on when I went to Chicago in a custom helmet bag. Look up Wally's Custom Creations on Facebook. His bags are amazing and all designed to fit your particular helmet. I own one for my Scout, Shoretrooper and Kashyyyk (that is to come). -
It's super easy and cheap to do. I followed Strider's guide as well.

Fixing cracks in Altman helmet
Barber replied to TwistedZen's topic in ROTJ Biker Scout Armor/Helmet
I have the exact same cracking on my Altmann in the same places. It's from stress on the visor when lifted up. It won't quite open the whole way and creates some cracking. Mine aren't as bad as yours yet. -
Congrats Scout!!
