Based on the details given, I don’t think a Black Series Scout Helmet is something we will see approved any time soon, just due to the modifications. I have one on order in hopes that my 6 year old likes it better than the 3D printed one I made her, but in the end it can be a shelf piece. As a former GML for my garrison the 3 things that stand out to me that would prevent it from being approved: - Helmet is true to the shape of original screen used helmet. - Earholes are cut out -- mesh or paint is not acceptable - Area behind earholes inside the helmet is blacked out, either with paint or tape. No interior white should show from the outside of the helmet when worn. And the only reason I feel ear holes cut out and area behind needs to be blacked out is because @Hask mentioned that the screw mounts are right behind the ears. But just my 2¢. I do love that the scout got a black series bucket, just not completely screen accurate.

I’m excited for this helmet because I think it would be a great bucket for my daughter. While she currently has a 3D printed helmet she doesn’t like it that much (she’s also 5 so…).

Remember you will need to cut off the small tab that holds both gloves together, it’s a super quick fix. Your list looks like you have it all planned out. Also I would see if there are any biker scouts in your local garrison to help with the boots. I made my own the first time following a similar tutorial. I learned a lot during that build but less than a year latter I’m in the middle of making a new pair since they were a bit sloppy the first time out. But they are a fairly easy thing to learn to make.

Ok so I just got back from Orlando, and I did allot of digging about mountain trooper. I probably asked 60 or so cast members about it. 2 people told me the same thing that is either the truth or something on the internet I haven’t seen. Apparently the Mountain trooper along with the tie echelon, that is in the first order camp is all from the never made Colin Trevorrow Star Wars episode 9. Apparently the Disney imagineers worked with him on design elements for the park this is why the shuttle the Kylo Ren shows up on in the park has also never been seen before. There is no future plans currently for Disney parks to make a mountain trooper. I was told this by 2 different cast members on different days (I went 2 days to Galaxy’s edge) I vaguely remember Doug Chang talking about working with Disney on designing the park, on either something from Disney plus, or maybe from celebration. The timeline of the park being developed also makes sense to me. If anyone gets anymore info, I’d love to know more. I love the design of this trooper. Hey everyone, after celebration and meeting lots of pathfinders, I decided I wanted to go for Lancer. This is where my problem lies. I’m a bigger guy and my armor fits well but there is one CRL that for me to meet I need some help to see if there is an armor vendor that makes a larger chest piece. From CRL: - Shoulder bridge covers, covering the join between the front and back of the armor, are made of white cotton webbing or elastic. - Covers are between .5 inch and 1 inch wide. I have an SC kit, and it works well but the should joints has about a 1.75” gap to fit me. I’ve posted pictures to what I’ve done to my armor in the mean time, but I’m not sure if I can do lancer with my current kit or if I have to look at new armor. Thanks in advanced.
