I would love to make the soft parts but I have zero talent in that area.

Just found out that I am probably going to be able to order almost everything I need next month. I've already ordered the helmet but it'll be awhile before it gets here. I would love to meet up with someone once stuff starts coming in. I'm completely lost on what to do with everything. I want to make sure I don't mess anything up. I'm getting the sc armor and altmann bucket. What are you guys suggestions for everything else?

As soon as the trade forum opens up for me I will. Sucks having such a large head sometimes.

How small are the sc buckets? I have a huge head. Size 8 hat.

I believe this is 5 for me. I've wondered about helmets myself.

I'm in the same boat but haven't gotten the armor yet. Most people suggested the sc armor kit to me. Hope to join the ga501st early 2017 myself.

I'm in GA too Zach. Dallas to be exact. I've only ever met one tk out here but the guys at Dragon con and this forum have been extremely helpful. Everyone seems to like the sc kit so I think I'm going to go that route.

Hey guys I'm new here. I've joined the ga501st forums too. I'll ask both places where is a good place to start with the armor? The helmet is going to be a problem it seems as I wear a size 8 hat. Funds are limited with 4 kids and a disabled wife. Thanks for all your help.
