The one thing I'm sure of is that the cummerbund needs to be shortened so that it isn't visible below the belt. The rest I'll leave up to the experts.

I have decided to do my armor first because the measurements of the soft parts are dependent upon the armor. Of course, I don't think it would hurt to buy gloves or the flight suit before the armor. As for starting on the armor, it really is great to have your helmet done that way it gives you something to admire throughout the build.

The dogbone on the boots looks too long - to my knowledge, it should stop before the sole.
