  1. I am in the process of making a new under suit as I lost 100lbs and mine is HUGE now. So this was a good refresher on how to do it. I just cut out my patches again for the inner thighs... Thank god I made templates when I did mine the last time.
  2. Ok we finally have a name Condor Dragon Cavalry Condor Dragons come from Endor and on occasion eat Ewoks. Cavalry as a nod to mounted Cavalry (biker scouts the horseback riding of SW) Dragon or Dragoon has been used in relationship to Scouts in military application in both England and Canada. Condor Dragons because their coloration is Blue & Gold which would give a subtle nod to he Blues on the St. Louis side and the Royals on the Kansas City side. Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk

  5. Let me know the status when we have it. On the process of assembly inside the 70th Explorers Garrison. We have 11 or 12 approved scouts at the moment. Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk
  6. I also used a washer to back mine, but something else I did on both my kit and my wife's was make the belt one piece. The webbing wraps inside the plastic and I used a zip tie on the inside to attach the webbing of the main belt to the webbing from the drop straps on the inside so it did not sag. Basically this way it keeps all the stress off the plastic belt because the inner belt holds all of the load. Of I think about it later I will post a pic. Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk
  7. Photo sent over, (I noticed they had one for me already in there, but it is not me... LOL)
  8. Rock on, thanks man! Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk
  9. Ok I believe I have your list fixed. Hopefully everything looks good to go. I am excited! New Front with Pouches brought in about 1/2in (keeping a gap to the ribs on the bund) and moved up about an inch so there is a gap to the belt. Drop straps fixed on the belt, biceps brought up about an inch, cod adjusted to not bunch. Belt line fixed not to droop in the back, also fixed the TD so it did not droop. I did notice the original was drooped after I had submitted and was a few weeks in. IT bothered me too. I think this is much better. Back adjustments, you can see the bund is right over left, belt is higher, and I took a good shot of the mud flap, I feel that much wider it will look weird as I don't have much of a butt to begin with. LOL Blaster Shots:
  10. I will have the updated pics for you tonight or tomorrow. The bund does infact close Right over Left. I did post a close up of the mud flap but I can see how it's hard to see. It's about 14in across basically covers from pocket to pocket outside edge on normal pants. I have a troop tomorrow anyway, so all easy fixes. Thanks again. Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk
  11. It's ok, it was just going on a month and I saw the guy who applied an hour before me and some that applied after got feedback already so I didn't want to get lost in the shuffle. Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk
  12. Sorry to bug you but just checking in again. I am anxiously waiting your response. Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk
