The 3d printed one from thingiverse is slightly smaller than my current hyperfirm. I am going to be printing another at 114% to see if I can match. This is just a press fit photo mostly right off the printer.

Total cost can vary greatly depending on how much you do yourself. You can build your own boots for less than $40 or buy a set from a vendor for between 180-200, same for the bund, pouches, flightsuit, vest... the hard armor is going to run you near 700$ with an uncompleted helmet and closer to 850-900 if you build a finished helmet. So your answer is, it varies. but expect to spend between $900-1500 *Edit: beaten by a minute*

I will second that, I have helped out on two very different troops with the Eastern GT folks so far and doing another on Saturday. Great people willing to share info in exchange for water and help suiting up.

I am also working building a TB to join up with Garrison Tyranus. I am down in the Hampton roads area though. Ionly got about 2 weeks head start on you. I can tell you though every question I have had has been asked and answered here or on the GT forums already so I don't post much but read the crap outta what is here.

I have a 7 3/4 inch dome and tried on a friends, it fit with room to spare. I'll be buying one once I get to that point in my build.
