Is there a place to purchase completed boots or are they make your own?

Ok I have a few leads on the hard armour pieces now a question about the soft armour parts; Is there anyone that makes these? I know kropserkel offers this service but is has been pointed out that the cummerbund may not have the 5-6 strips in the front so I'm trying to source some other leads

I'm looking at getting most of my stuff from kropserkel they are only missing a few items from the whole kit: Gloves, Boots, Balaclava and flight suit
