  1. To piggyback off of this question, will the bund end just above the belt as in the costume picture or will the current deal of the belt going over the bund still be what's expected? My pouches aren't attached to my bund yet and this would make a difference on the height placement as well as the belt adjustment. Thanks, Jamie
  2. cut looks good. For cutting the ear holes, use the SC ear stickers as templates. Get them centered where you want them and use a pencil to outline the holes. remove the stickers and then rough cut and file/sand the holes to the lines. I used a pin drill for small models and drilled small holes near the pencil line. I then cut them out dot to dot and filed up to my line. I found a set of small modeling files are the bees knees for plastic work. Testers makes a decent set that are relatively inexpensive. It is the ones that I use. The helmet didn't want to line up perfectly strait for me but I was able to get it close. The predrilled holes for the visor on mine were way way off. I got the face and visor lined up and redrilled the holes. Close enough is good enough, I wanted the visor to be a smooth flush transition from the back to the front. Some Velcro and some polystyrene plastic helps fill where the visor doesn't touch the face plate. Ill take some pictures this weekend of what I mean. It still looks pretty darn good. You will be happy with it. Jamie
  3. No worries, I know exactly what you mean. Looks good. I'll keep it as an option for my boots!
  4. Interesting... So you just use those five stitches along with the glue to secure that side? I am worried about the rivet digging in to my foot also. What gauge needle did you use to get through the leather on the boot?
  5. That kit looks great! I wanted to see a few more suits finished using the SC armor before I dropped the ball and ordered it. Thanks for the confidence booster. Jamie
