I love it when things are both easy AND screen accurate.

1" or 2" multipurpose foam cut to shape/size and hot glued into place. I always start with a piece above the brow and then work from there. I never felt the need to spend unnecessarily on mil helmet padding or others. My helmet pictured below is an MLC.

When people say they have a big head it's relative until you post measurements/size. What size hat do you wear? I feel I have a large head - I wear XL, or 7 3/4+ hats. I have a fully padded MLC v3 helmet and it fits perfectly. Flak vest - Chef makes them. Christian is a good guy in my opinion.
