  1. its the same vinyl that a trailer canopy would be made from, or the same vinyl that , well, bondage clothing uses. certainly in Japan's fashion district that should be available :-)
  2. voice thingy? icomm makes the 'static hiss' add on. a mic, and an aker amp, complete the set up. the amps are large. there's a speaker setup on FISD that uses small aerator sized speakers and a circuit board set up that a mic plugs into. should fir into a scout bucket but since scouts have no aerators...likely won't be effective.
  3. scouts are not camo'd. kasshyk trooper perhaps? however, once approved as boring white, you can do whatever you want to the armour and troop it on non official troops. paint it pink. or red. or shiny silver. just can't wear it for lfl or disney or any events where canon characters are wanted. have fun :-)
  4. go bigger simply for the fact that if its too smal getting in and out will suck. the scout soft bits will hold it all in place and the sleeves are easily adjusted . too small...and you'll have poor movement.
  5. i forget but it wasn't horrible. still worth it in time savings.
  6. i think if you attach them by velcro when you move your arms they may bunch up.
  7. gloves are easy. wampa wear. flight suit...wampa then do it yourself, or cukblack here. boots: zhongvader i think does tk boots and scout and royal guard. i'd put the order in for armor, and then find all the soft parts. local a mic and aker. get the tools needed to trim. magnets. glues. trimming tools. then once the armour arrives you can gress in soft bits fit properly and trim to size pls 5% to account for warm under bits and xmas cookies.
  8. use sharpies. good control, and you can wipe it off quickly as well. then drybrush highlights.
  9. depends on how strict they are on 'beige' soles...
