is there somewhere i can get a belt piece that is all one section instead of three that I have to fix together?

As many of you will know out there the belt on the SC armour comes in three parts. What's the best way to attach the three pieces together, is it acceptable to use rivets. Thanks

attaching the tank onto the back armour, I've put a rivet through the bottom but the top still remains an issue. I know people use rivets but is there another way such as glue or Velcro possibly?

One of the bolts holding the faceplate on my helmet came out, I'm usure as how to fix it. As you can see in the photos it is currently held together with cellotape.

Just working on the belt, struggling to think of a way to stick the back straps to the actual plastic.

So I've been active on the UK Garrison forums for a while now but for some reason I've never thought to do a build thread on here, so here we go I guess. First off I got the vinyl stuck down to the front of the boots, it needs a bit of tidying up but overall I'm quite pleased with them.

Is there a cummerbund and pouch pattern or tutorial anywhere

Is it advisable to wear under armour underneath the flight suit

I plan to go for basic and then work up to lancer, I have a fast approaching deadline so I will work on lancer after that

I'm currently working in the tank and the back armour, I notice the instructions seem to be stick on the back with a rivet, however I'm not to experienced with rivets and I don't want to break the plastic, could I just glue the tank on the backplate and glue on a rivet just for accuracy sake

After discussion with chef and marcel I've decided to go with SC armour. But before I do, what are all your opinions, has anyone previously had any problems with them?

My flightsuit recently arrived, I was just looking for sizing opinions and whether any alterations with regards to tailoring are required. Cheers

Great build may I ask did you get the helmet pre-assembled, I've been contemplating this as I have very little modelling skills.

Hello, my names Ben and I'm setting out to build a scout trooper costume. Please feel free to tell me if I'm posting in the wrong place, I'm very new to this forum and I apologise in advance if I'm looking in the wrong area. Anyway, I've done lots of research into the scout trooper costume (where I can buy kits, assembly instructions etc), my issue is I'm know the 501st does not endorse particular armour makers and I'm aware of the rules of discussing these makers in the forums. Therefore I'm worried that I'll do something wrong like buying the wrong thing or doing something incorrectly. What can I do about this, and once again any criticism is welcome. Thanks so much Ben
