When you find perfection, you stick with it. : ) I wear my TK when I don't want to be able to move or see.

I keep the top of the vest Velcro-ed and put it on like a t-shirt. I can reach back and Velcro the bottom part. Since the top is already started, it's not too hard to line things up for the bottom.
