Greetings all.
I'm in the middle of my Scout build and am pursuing going Lancer. Looking at the CRL's for Lancer, 1 3/8" (35mm) width black elastic is required for the biceps and shoulder bells.
I have looked at all the local craft and fabric stores (Jo-Ann, Hancock, Michael's), looked it up via web browser, and have even looked at textile suppliers' sites and cannot find anyone who offers that particular width of elastic. The only thing I found was a place in China, but you have to order a 30+ yard roll and I don't need anywhere that much.
Does anyone know of a source for by-the-yard elastic that has this size OR does anyone have extra that I could purchase?
