I have no idea where to get the armor and what items I need for it. Can someone please lead me to the right direction for this?

I have a SC helmet that I put together and I accidently made the ear holes too large. Any ideas on how to fix them? I need suggestions as soon as possible. My deadline to be approved for FanX Comic Con is Wednesday and I need to get this fixed before then.

This is just an update on my costume.: Mask/Armor: Ordered and waiting for delivery Gloves: Ordered and should arrive tomorrow Blaster pistol: Ordered and waiting for delivery Flight Suit; Picking up tomorrow Balaclava; Picking up tomorrow Boots; Picking up tomorrow and will work on them Vest/Cummerbund; Waiting till armor is put together and having someone make it for me
