See if a seem stress can put an industrial zipper on them it shouldn't cost much like the ones on dickies coveralls I know u can buy the zippers on line pretty cheap. Hopefully that helps

One of our fellow scouts Cucblack makes awsome vests and flight suits you can find him on the boards. As far as the helmet is your head large or small because SC helmets are pretty small. If you have a big Mellon like me KS or CB helmets

CB is the way to go. I have a KS now and not really happy with it so I ordered a CB I've heard nothing but good things about it can't wait

I have a KS bucket now don't really like it they did a bad job putting it together for me. I have a CB bucket on the way and his buckets look bad ass

Yup cucblack....just got mine from him, it takes awhile but well worth it. I think it took about a month to get. Might want to add an inch or two to your measurements.

I have a KS bucket. ...I like it and I too have a big head....just change out the nose gribblie and the side bolts

Ok I'm a newbe have yet to be excepted to the 501st. Just waiting on my bucket. I really don't want to be all clean and shiny, I want to look like I've been in the woods hunting ewoks. Now does the 501st look down on dirty armor or is it cool. Also does anybody have any suggestions on how to make my armor dirty. In the movie it looks like black spray paint. Thanks for any help.
