for me it looks more leather,though while its all over 3D rendered,its often barely impossible to make it 100% screen accurate.Then i would say suede / leather for 1st lvl clearence with encouraged leather on 2 lvl. Thx,stamp is not so deep so maybe woulnt be visible but Youre right that upper parts made from material could differ after painting from leather part of boot,so i probably will wrap em,they was bought for that armour purpose,so its ok

Thx Recon,i wondered about glueing leather on them so they have that micam trademark pressed on outer side of boot and i think if i just paint it can be more visible even,also that inner side vents can be visible not sure how big coverage of boot give my shin&boot armour,i think i decide when i have my hard parts measured to boot hopefully they arrive soon :)Question about color so i'm kinda lost wchich CRL is in use now clearence lvl 2 need boots to be white+weathering, right?

Thx Recon:) will do as You say,I plan put some foam inside pouches so they take bettershape think they will look better after that . Hey guys after 2 x dying brown and 1 black got something like that,i think i need put black yet it was probably too short black wash: http://imageshack.us/f/542/0j3r.jpg/ http://imageshack.us/f/7/nl2t.jpg/ and probably threads with wchich i sew pouches was shrinked by hot wash that is less trouble though can resew. what You advice?bit afraid so longer black wash can turn it to total black and so pattern will be no visible.

Totally new here,so sorry if my opinion looks ignorant i've checked that screens and it seems most wchich was one on open areas looks white/light grey,while in shadowy places like in "hero" scene they looks more tan,i know we go for as movie accurate as possible,but what would be idea for trooper wearing all camo suit to use white boots...?kinda surreal
