    Hi Dan!!! Thanks for the heads up on the tank! I was finally able to glue the tank to the back armor. I have not bondo yet. I used your method of the strips but I used abs plastic. I am also using gorilla glue that is clear when applied but then changed into a white frothy foam just like insulation in a can. I think I will add that on inside edge of the tank via the opening in the back armor plate.

    Before I start to trim the tank I would like to know; how large or rather how far out should the tank stick out from the back plate armor?

    How do I attach the tank to the rear armor? Do I use bondo with fiberglass strips along the edges where the tank meet the back plate? I am so lost!!! PS...I have never used bondo before!!

    Greetings BSN Land! I received my armor from Biker Chick today! The kit is awesome! It has all the greebs you will need for the build. More to come.... PS...does anyone know why the kit comes with a back strap and release buckle?

    Greeting, I can't seem to find anyone at BSN to make a set of CB pouches. I purchased some multicam fabric and will make my own. I need to know the dimensions of the 16 pouches. Can anyone help the dimensions??? Thanks, TK/TD 69690
