  1. Funnie you say that, I actually got the MG kit because it was the SMALLEST! LOL Yes, if you work at it and love it veeerrrry much, you can join me in the Lancer ranks as having MG armor However, the arms/tbits are NOT Lancer, so you have to get those elsewhere...same with boot holster. Good luck!
  2. I did not unpick any seams: my machine has a front part that comes off so it has a thinner arm, so I take that part off. That allowed me to do the majority of the sewing by machine - and I ended up doing a little bit by hand, not much tho.
  3. Looks GREAT! Awesome job on the armor, really looking good The bund & pockets...ya...um...looks like you could pack for a weekend trip in those pockets! You're actually facing an issue I did, but failed to mention it in my site - I think I'll add that info after I move this week, too busy to do it now: My pockets were actually scaled down to 75%-80% of a 'normal' pocket. There is a pattern that LadyGhost uses for her soft parts (I can't remember if she found it online or made it herself), but we actually went to a copy machine and shrunk the pattern down to a more appropriate size for me. I don't think most smaller troopers go that far, but I was being super anal about it at the time, so we scaled it down. As for the cumberbund: before you do anything, wait till you get your flightsuit and try it on with the chest/back armor: I think the height is good for you - it's better to be a little taller on your chest than too short, cuz then you'll have the dredded space between your cumberbund and chest plate, and that's not canon! So better off to be a little high on your chest. But the width-looks like it would fit you...if you were preggers Maybe take a couple inchest off the width, you're tiny. But see how it goes once the flight suit and stuff is on. Keep up the good work and pics coming! Y'all coming down for CV?
  4. Congrats!!! Hat tricks are awesome
  5. Can't WAIT to see that sucker in the flesh next month! Definitely came a long way since in the box @ SWW Awesome job chico!
  6. Yes, it's already off That rule wasn't in place when I originally applied, but it's off now. Thanks so much everyone! I'm just glad it's DONE! I don't think I ever gave a listing of everything, and holy guacomole Batman, my armor is piecemeal: Bucket = KS Armor = MG, EXCEPT: Biceps = MC (both the piece and the TBits) and TD Pack = SC Boots & Cumberbund = ghst family Shirt & flightsuit = me Blaster = PA Blaster holder on boot = SC I think that's it...
  7. Ah, you caught me: I have them on the wrong arms (my left is on my right, and vice versa). The 2 circles do face forward, but I must have switched arms, now that I'm looking at this. If you guys want me to, I can re-submit pics on Friday with them on the right arms. Funnie thing is: I LABELED THE INSIDE! LOL I must just not have looked or something.
  8. Ok, I've been slow to fix the Tbits...long story on that one, but that was the only thing holding me back for approval. So here are my new T-bits, and another full-body pic taken yesterday.
  9. With guidance from Ross & Denise (Ghst915 & ldyGhst915), our combined anal-retentive powers have made what I feel to be a Lancer-status worthy Biker Scout If you haven't already seen it, my site is www.jedijennie.com/bikerscout, which shows some more detail to the size-animal friendly modifications that were completed on my Scout. The armor is MG, the bucket is KS with a MC snout piece, the blaster is PA...and I think that's it. The boot soles are carved out, the mudflap & crotch pieces are there, as well as the thigh elastic. The undershirt is there with it falling in the correct place...so here it is, let me know if I missed something: ~Jennie
  10. Looking good on your mini scout trooper. Can't wait to see it completed.
