contacted SC about this question not to long ago. I am 6 foot 5 myself. They said it shouldn't be a problem as long as you're not some macho body builder with a 60 in diameter chest haha.

Ok, so I have most of my costume done. Just waiting on a few things. I commissioned someone for the flight suit and cummerbund, made my own boots and bought the gloves from SA. And I am planning on getting my armor from SC. My question is, would a KS helmet be 501st approved pre-built? I'm not interested in going Lancer (not yet ;D ) Thanks in advanceeeee :3

I have the same question as JenB I'm trying to get a suit built by September and was wondering the same thing. I am making the boots myself, and wondering if I should also make the cummerbund myself as well. I don't want to make a flight suit myself with suede because I don't have all that much sewing experience.
