Yes they are. We were able to get them done for Celebration. Most members of our ART had some for trade. I still have some so feel free to PM me if you are interested. This is what the actual patch looks like.

Hello everyone. It has been a while since I last posted something to the group but today I wanted to share our new logo with you all. Took a while but it is finally done.

Just wanted to share with you all that the Imperial Sands Garrison(San Diego) has decided on the name "Imperial Outriders" for our ART. I will be the point of contact (Andy Lazo: TB-96501). We are still working on our logo so nothing to show so far.
