  1. ok cheers. I started making some clips but never included them. I'll paint them up and update when I have new photos. The painting of the rivets is an easy fix too.
  2. Thanks Marcel! So the painting of the knee rivets and the TD clips have just been added to the Lancer CRL this year?
  3. heya guys, any feedback yet? cheers!
  4. I wanted to have it matched to my armour, so when i sent it to the paint shop, i also sent one of my SC armour bits for them to match the paint colour too. in addition, i would have had it repainted after doing all the mods to it anyway.
  5. Hi guys, sorry been distracted of late. here are the pictures requested. I took a photo of the pouches next to the drop box straps under natural light. the first photo shows the colour difference, so i jumped the gun and dyed them a sight off white to match. hopefully they are ok now, please let me know what you think. before: After: here is the TD greeblie fixed: and the upper arm pieces side by side showing the T-bits: let me know if you need any more pictures. Thanks!!
  6. The pouches are slightly off white, it seems that in different light conditions they show whiter. The same material was used on the shoulder bridges. I'll take a photo of he pouches next to the belt webbing to show how close they match. I was thinking I may need to lightly dye the drop box straps, but will let you review first. Yes it seems I have some repairing to do on my td greeblie. The material is faux suede, not real suede. Updated pics to come.
  7. just uploaded all the photos of individual parts, cheers.
  8. here are the pics off individual parts. please excuse the cat hair!

  10. approved!! Thanks once again to everyone here for their advice and comments.
  11. the helmet isn't an MLC, as on the MLC face and visor shield are cast as a single piece. for the indentations, I would be very careful, as hel0wrench suggested, be aware of how thick the fibreglass of the helmet is. i added one indentation to my MLC helmet by marking out in pencil, then using the sanding drum on my dremel and finishing off with sandpaper. http://forum.bikerscout.net/index.php?showtopic=9910
  12. nice one. good to meet up just let me know if you have any questions
  13. I'd base your weathering on the screengrabs in the gallery, the CRL suggests 'light weathering' which would be based on the ROJ Endor troopers. I would however also like to see a Sand-Scout done one day
