Yep, my bund looks just like the picture...

Can anyone confirm if the CRL changed for the colour layout of the bund. I bought a bund in about 2014 that id light grey with darker vertical stripes on top, but the current CRL says its meant to be the other way around?? Any confirmation would be great.. cheers

Good news everybody... another box rocked up... even has some hard armour in there. I had a try on and its got potential for sure... looks like this build is back from the dead.

Well the armour parts i have received are ok.... basically i've reveived 2 boxes so far.. 2 shoulder bells, 2 toe caps, cod, drop boxes, belt. I also got a cumberbund and gloves both which i knew were no good (i have a Grumpy Bund & wampawear gloves) I received a second box yesterday that had the boots and the flight suit... plus the resin DC15s. Not sure if im ever going to receive the rest of the hard srmour parts or not...

And this build is officially dead. Beware who you buy from kids.... beware...

Wow this has to be one of the longest running build threads EVER!! Does everyone remember the kit that got passed around a few times... the one with tape holding it together and a rough paint job... well I should receive it today! here's the old forum pics that were put up of it. not too sure what condition it's in but here's to hoping its in ok condition... I did get a DC15s with it, so happy about that.

Thanks Grumpy... your cummerbund is still in pristine condition sitting in a box, even was able to add some wampa wear gloves into the mix too.... thanks also for the other welcomes. Looking forward to joining the Pathfinders as an approved member.... I will get there! Bucket - bikerchic Armour - unknown at this stage... got to track down original maker when I receive it. Cummerbund - Grumpy Undersuit - British DPM died twice brown once black Gloves - wampa wear Pretty geed about this!

Back in Feb 2012 bought one of bikerchic first CB buckets. Had to postpone armour as a divorce and life got in the way... tried to source a armour set later on with no reply so i set off on a long journey grabbing soft bits here and there. Low and behold a set of armour pops up that was held together with tape... we all remember seeing that kit! Well I missed out on that too, until it popped back up just recently. My precious now!!! Hopefully it won't be too long till I have it in my hands! So here we go again... Kashyyyk mk11

Good Luck Ace...... No armour makers ATM.... I got soft kit, Helmet..... you can buy gloves, cummerbund & boots but will look kinda dull with out hard bits. I've come to a bit of a halt with mine, playing around making my own boots atm but may just leave it where it is for now..... ask around there was some permission to recast armour from Mr Bungle (he's not making it anymore) but only if you can find some one close and willing to do so...

Yeah fair call but I am still confident I can make them look pretty darn good. Armour seems to be my major problem, can't seem to get any anywhere atm.... thank goodness i've got some TK gear to work on!!!

So I thought I'd make a pair of boots that were one piece... so from 2 pairs we get this so far. Take a pair of size 7 (me) and 10 Blundstone chemical gumboots, mark out toe and shin armour plates cut sole and armour pieces off size 10 boots dremmel or cut out excess toe (inner) liner to line up with second sole, slide shin armour over size 7 boot and cut or trim to match Kashyyyk boots..., place on top of second sole from size 10 boots. you'll need to trim off excess rubber to make the sole flat.. cut grip off bottom of size 7 boots with super sharp thin blade knife... put size 7 boot onto 10 sole and mark out with sharpie, cut out bridges of sole to desired look, still no glueing yet!!!! try and get a bit of angle to back of the sole bottom to get accurate shape... check general lay out of your boot.... I think these are looking quite good so far. what do you guys think?? Where i'm headed with these next is using sikaflex flex biond on the soles, and moulding the edge with the sikaflex to get the side of the boot looking acurate, then sand and paint the sole.... the sikaflex will be used to shape the shins too. ten it'll be straps and camo....

Hey mate, bikerchick on here does the buckets ( I got one and they are very good), and has armour on the way, soft armour is available on ebay or if you google british desert camo there are a few places you can get it, there is even a cheap one that is used camo bits... be careful of size thou. there are some makers of gloves and boots or have some fun and make some yourself. this goes with the cummerbund as well... check out as many WIP's as possible and ask and PM questions...... good luck!!!

Been working on the soft bits too.. working off a couple of WIP's I dyed them brown twice (30mins 1st/ 15mins 2nd), then a black wash thru for 10 mins.

OK here we go... So I've received my bucket from Kamino creations, so far only as far as a wash and drew some eye's on it to amuse myself (apparently it looks not as scary too). Looks like there is a bit of sanding and filling to do, but only minor.
