  1. These are what I used, seem to be pretty screen accurate with a little bit of mod. http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/330572831816?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649
  2. I only used 1 layer and rthe left boot is ok but the right needs velcro cause of the blaster. A second layer inside to stiffen might be a good idea If you do it Cen, let me know how it comes out. I might do the same
  3. DAMN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just remembered..... I removed the eyelets so the sides sit flatter. Sorry mate, just popped into my head then
  4. So just to clarify, it is 50mm for lancer? I have 40mm I can get to fit the MC armour.
  5. Hi all, Just curious about the strapping on the chest / back plate. I read it's to be 2" webbing for Lancer but don't see how it will fit the MC armour and be strong? By the time you cut the strapping slit long enough you seem to be REALLY close to the edge of the plates. Also looking at troopers pics in the Lancer section, seems to be the same size webbing as the drop boxes? Anyone able to shed some light on this for me please? Plus finding the 2" of white cotton webbing down here is bloody hard. Especially to get the same pattern. Cheers everyone and thanks for taking the time to read
  6. Yeah, worked pretty well. Can see it a little but other than that.
  7. Boots basically finished, just some clean up and wait for glue to dry.
  8. I took them out as once I stretched the toe, it is a really nice snug fit to wear. I figured if I needed them, I could always use shorter laces and just lace the ankle area for support but honestly don't think I'll need them.
  9. AWESOME job Cen... Looks fantastic
  10. So far so good, just waiting to get some sewing done as my machine isn't up to the challenge. A bit of work cutting the soles but I think it is worth it in the end. Just my opinion
  11. I'm using Selley's Kwik Grip. Seems to be the norm over here.
  12. I just made a template and used an extra piece of the white vinyl. Worked well but could try 2 layers and see if that makes it too full?
  13. Looking good Cen. You may have to fill in the toe section under the laces. I did it to mine and when I skinned the toe, made it look alot better. (more filled out).
  14. PM Lonewolf if your after a chin cup, that's who supplied mine and they are great!!!!
  15. As always, nice work Cen
