  1. I need a new pistol - anyone have any recommendation and contacts Can't seem to find the right thread discussion Thanks
  2. Is it possible to put fans in a Scout helmet? If so, what kind and where in the helmet?
  3. Thanks guys. I'll let you know how it turns out.
  4. Here is the email reply I just received from Mardon MLC: Hi Daniel, That must be discoloration by the putty (bondo) in the joint area. I just talked with my workers about it and they suggested using a 600 - 1000 grit sandpaper and sand the area where the discoloration is present. The sandpaper will sand off the clear top coat. After that, paint the sanded area with basic white acrylic paint and when dry spray a clear top coat to protect your paint job & add shine to your helmet. Mardon (MLC)
  5. Are you guys going to paint them yourselves ? If so can you tell me what brand and tripe of paint you are going to use? Are you spray painting from a can or paint sprayer? Are you going to put some type of clear coat as well? Everything I have ever attempted to paint has been a disaster. That's why I didn't want to paint it my self. Any painting tips would be appreciated. Thanks
  6. Did you contact Mardon Callanta and ask him about it? I sent him emails today. I'll see if or how he responds.
  7. Here is a photo of the MLC v3 helmet with discoloration /yellow line
  8. Mine is also a new MLC v3 I ordered last September. I paid extra to have him paint it ironically becaus I wanted the paint done right and who better than the guy making it! I ordered it from mlcallanta@gmail.com. Sounds like I'm not the first to have this issue with MLC Strange how it wasn't there originally but has appeared overr the past 3 months and seems to be getting worse? I have no idea how to fix it or how much it will cost to have it repainted. Don't know who cold even paint it properly for me.
  9. The MLC v3 helmet I bought Sept last year from Mardon Callanta after 1 year has developed a continous faded yellow discoloration line about a quarter inch wide all the way down the middle of the top and back of my helmet? Bummer! I ordered it/bought it painted because I wanted it done right and I did not want to worry about getting it painted. I thought the guy who made it would be the best. I guess not. Im waiting to hear back from hMardon Callanta to see what he has to say. Anyone know him?
