  1. We'll try, but that's a dang hard job there.
  2. Geeez... they will let anyone in here. So you gonna have that scout finished for All-Con??? We've gotta put those TKs in their place. Thanks!
  3. I love that blaster!! Can't wait to see the finished product.
  4. Finished... I skipped on the weathering. May do it later along with adding a bipod. Not even close to any kind of screen accurate but it was a fun project and didn't break the bank.
  5. Always been a fan of Battlefront and decided I needed a sniper rifle. Didn't want to go with a kit... just kind of made it up as I went with the parts and such. Furtunatly I had a spare Hasbro E-11 laying around. Totally forgot to do a lot of wip pics... so here's prepaint of one side. Had planned to use the tree guard (Wal-Mart garden center) as a template for vent holes. Got lazy and didn't feel like cutting them so just used some hose clamps and expoxy to hold it on. This is an adjustable stock and a portion of it extends into the E-11. Primed... I used a 45 automatic spindle adapter from an old record player as the clip. Black coat I may weather it a bit in the next day or two. Have another scope that will clamp on to extend the Habro one and then I'm going to add some weatherstripping sponge tape to part of the barrel for a grip.
  6. Thanks gang! Ozarkscout... dang, your profile pic made me literally LOL. Makes me think of Python's Holy Grail.
  7. Done, submitted, and excepted! Presenting TB-5319, Arkansas Crimson Nova Squad, Star Garrison Just want to say thanks to the many who have contributed to these forums, set up personal sites, and have provided tips, tricks and guidance.
  8. So yea... I totally fell off the wagon for posting updates. Between life being busy and spending as much spare time as possible on this... I lost total track of the thread here. Since last posting I have: *completed the boots *greebled the TD *picked ups some gloves *got a KS bucket *completed the cumberbun (except pouches) *minor nips, tucks, and tweaks We had spirit week at school (I'm a teacher) so I got to participate in costume day. I've got some work under the bucket to fit it better, my cod piece doesn't want to stay attached (as can be seen above) and then of course the pouches. Other than that... I think I'm doing good. Anything you folks can see from this pic that I need to work on?
  9. Heck yeah! Post away, I'd love to see that.
  10. Well, here we go. My first test fit. Still have some details to finish out and some Velcro work here and there. Seeking some professional input on how it looks and what needs to be worked on. Just looking to go 501 at the moment, may work on Lancer later on down the road. Thanks in advance for any input. Tried the "T-Strap" for the shoulder bells... total pain in the . Gonna just stitch the Velcro onto the jumpsuit. This is the "Trooper Takes A Pee Pee In The Woods" shot. Gotta get the legs shortened a bit... to quote a relatively famous Princess type person... "Aren't you a little short..." How does the rest of the jumpsuit fitting look? It's snug in some place while not so in others.
