I was planning on using bondo over the seams on the biker scout helmet, tank to back, and the belt. So that they each look like one piece instead of multiple, and was wondering if this was frowned upon or normal?
Thanks for the ideas. I was orginally thinking just doing a plain black long sleeve shirt and pants. but was stuck on shoes. also great job on the helmet i can honestly say you did a much better job than i.
Would anyone know where would be the best place to get a flightsuit, boots, and gloves for a 3 year old? I have the armor all set and ready. I also have a lead on someone whos might be making a cummberbund and vest for her. I am hoping to have it all ready for may 4th. Thanks

helmet and chest and back are just taped together but every belt is trimmed
i have a few questions:
What kind of filler do i use for the helmet to make it seamless? i figured bondo but are there anyothers?
Does anyone have a pattern for a smaller cumberland/pouches?
does the back and chest connect like a tk with elastic straps at the shoulders, and sides?
Do the bikerscout gloves come in a size small enough for a toddler?
and lastly what material is the belt made out of?
Sorry about all of the questions but never built a biker scout before.
Thanks
