You could possibly add some damage to the glove as well. Just do a rough cut of the fingers and then buy a skeleton/zombie hand glove from Party City or the like and wear it under you scout glove so it shows through. The more subtle damage you can do the better it will look. I love it so far and can't wait to see it when you're finished. Maybe we can all see it in person at C6!

I'm not sure how much a KS pistol weighs, but I have one of Niko's and it is still pretty substantial. I haven't received my armor yet so I can't say what it will do to my boot, but based on how soft the vinyl is on the boot I'm expecting it to pull it down.

The last remaining bit of gear I need to order for my TB is a pistol. I have been researching all of the different models available out there from KS, PA, and Niko here on the board. I'm not 100% certain which is the best one for me. Durability is going to be key as I have 2 children under 10 and have been called clumsy a time or two. Obviously price is also a consideration after I just spent a TON of money on my armor and soft goods. I have heard that a pistol isn't required for approval into the 501st, but I am aiming for Lancer status and believe it is required for that. Which pistol do you all believe would be the best one for the money for a newbie?

I just got my gloves and all I can say is "Wow!" They were shipped incredibly fast (so fast I haven't even passed the 5 day waiting period required for new ebay members to leave feedback for a seller!) and are excellent gloves. I would never hesitate to make another purchase from SythArmor!

I might be interested in one depending on cost and availability to be shipped to the US.
