  1. Mask off the sides of the snout where it will be straight then take a small peice of card stock or thick paper and bend is so it lines up with the straight sides, it will naturally give a near perfect curve on the top of the snout then tape it on real good and spray away! This is the method I used and it came out perfect
  2. I used a blow dryer to heat up the vinyl then hot glued the reinforcement wire in and check this thread http://forum.bikerscout.net/index.php?show...=2047&st=20 it's the best
  3. I reall Want her to be lancer so I'm trying to get as close to screen as I can
  4. So I tried to bring in the visor just a hair to get that real good scout curve and I think it's just too late I couldn't get anything to hold and everything is already attatched so it's gonna stay like it is
  5. The td will be fixed tonight (you guys were right) Her soft parts are lancer so I had the flak vest made I little wider to fill the space and the slots in the back are fixed I made the Velcro too tight and had to make new ones
  6. The td greebs go both ways. All the lightning bear shots show the circle on the left side where as the troop who chases Han into the endor troops shows it on the right

  16. The bells will definately needs to be trimmed they are waaay too big for her I'll get some out of the box pics with her up tonight to see if you all have some insight before it gets the dremel
  17. The pics are on thier way I've been doing a major don post overhaul and working on my tusken rifle for an event this weekend so the armor s getting the chop this Sunday
  18. Would some strategically placed foam work?
  19. She is just wearing regular clothes and we are doing a flak vest as well they just don't exist yet
  20. Know what you mean about the bells I'm 6'2" and the armor fits me like a glove. So I know I'm going to be cutting down theshoulder straps and possibly trimming the sides but what I'm after is when I heat up the chest and back plates to conform to her better it's obviously going to bow out the shelf part so how do you get the flat piece on the underside of the chest to return to it's original flat state?
  21. Ive been lookin and reading alot here and I think I'm just about ready to really get going on the wifes gear I bought a set of sc armor because the hump is more proportionate to her small frame and I have a modded dp bucket that will get her in until we can pick her up a new one got the best seamstress in the legion working on her softparts. I was wondering if any of the other girls here have sc armor and what did they do to get the width of the chest/backplate down to fit thier frame? My wife is about 5'4" and 120 lbs and I'll be representing her until she gets her profile approved Thanks!
