  1. Not looking foreward to the bondo... Somone sugested melting the cut offs in acetone to make a paste, I belive out GML uses it it on his clones... Not sure how it would sane down though... I'm concerned with the possibility of bondo cracking though.
  2. should have made that clearer... Had to sand a bit off where the visor meets the helmet, at the top curve... There was a ridge of resin or what ever that pushed it up... Got it cleaned up and I think It sits much better now...
  3. Cool... I'll probab ly dremel them out this weekend... Hope I can fit my shin armor over them, well we'll see how much I can get done at the armor party.
  4. Got the eyes cut out, the side vents are stil in, I'll have to mark them off and see about getting them cut out next, the visor is a little long so I need to trim it so it will fit better.
  5. Looks like some peoiple in the garrison might be able to make some DC-15s I'm going to see if they could knock a Long out.
  6. I'd love to get a pair of Grumpy gloves but I'm not sure he is currently making any... would make life so much easier.
  7. Sounds good, I'll take em all.
  8. Can you give me the postage on the uniform? 3201 Ashlyn st. Pittsburgh, Pa. 15204 U.S.A.
  9. I may just hide elastic in there, once the rubber straps are glued down I don't to be putting to much stress on em... Shoulders I'll proably strap and velcroe, may attempt the t-connector someone made. And knees just like on my Shadow scout I'll build them onto some cheap foam knee pads.
  10. OK, got my kit from BC today, I went through everything but a few bits have me stumped. Guessing the bottoms items are the aerators, but what does that mean the top greebs are? Not sure about these straps at all. These silver caps... And these?
  11. How do you get your arm armor to stay in place, I can't imagine the greay rubber straps will keep anything in place.
  12. Got my kit today, looks good... everything seems to be in order and I suppose I can start building soon. Already started on the helmet, just got the eyes cut out and trimmed the bottom, fortunlately it fits my head so thats good... Hoping to get allot of work done at an up coming armor party with any luck...
  13. Hopfully these will work out... Yea, I'm going to need all the help I can get. Supposed to take the kit to an armor party so hopfully we can get the kit trimmed and gewt some parts assembled.
  14. I'l have to get the wife to measure me out, see if they'll fit... I appreciate it.
