  1. Could anyone provide some frontal and side shots of the new SC helmet as compared to the MLC ver 3? Tks
  2. Hey Grendel, Do let us know on the fit and sizing of the new SC helm cos like the rest, i'm abit concerned about getting something which might not fit me. Currently using a MLC V3 helm. Thanks
  3. LW bro, Please do mass produce these for the sake of us who crave for screen accurate helm, pretty please! Cheers
  4. Nice choice of armor john! Cant wait to see ya in it. Damn i need to order another TD and greeblie from MC for the new upgrades as i superglued the MC TD bits with gorilla glue to the TD casing, would be a bitch to pry them off without damaging the TD. With lonewolf's new helmet and the final upgrades...hopefully i will be able to go for lancer within the first half of 2012...hopefully i dun have to wait another year to achieve my dream
  5. hi leo, Hook me with a set once they are finished. Would need them for my TD upgrades
  6. Try buffing it with novus polish no 3 or 2 to see if the stain could be removed. If it doesn't helps, its the underlying area that is the problem, thus wet sanding the top coat off and respraying the entire dome to a matching white would be a desired option. You can go to any automotive shop as they can mixed and match the white to the desired color and tone Its kinda of strange as the helm would be prime before the base color is applied, thus bondo or putty area shouldn't be showing under the primed surface even if they suffer from discoloration, unless the helm wasn't primed and was immediately sprayed on with the base color
  7. was about to unleash a garrison of ewoks on you micheal...till i saw the last liner
  8. Gratz John! hopefully it will be my turn soon...just need to make a couple of enhancements
  9. Definitely getting one when its ready for my SW museum of helmets
  10. Roger that will post some pictures this weekend...work has been hell!
  11. If anyone need some info, i can post how i build my MC kit..with no velcro used on the armor as i used mostly snaps and chicago screws...the parts which i used velcro are the shoulder bells, bicep, elbow and knee pieces but they only serve to hold the parts in position besides the elastic band used
  12. Nice work anton! My fiancee wouldn't fit into any even there was extensive modding done, she would probably need a kid's version
  13. Gratz Darren and Awesome work again!
  14. Hope im not too late... Gratz on the appointment and a job well done!
  15. Gratz BJ and well done!
  16. Awesome work lonewolf, being waiting for ages for an improved and accurate ver of the scout lid. Pls putt me down for one if this ever does gets mass produced. Btw, about the mention on "pulling of hairs" for some in assembling the kit, maybe you could offer a service for the assembly and painting of the helm like ks does This masterpiece would definitely be the icing on the cake for my trilogy helms collection
  17. Hi Chex, Hope you dun mind sharing with me your sources as i have been looking for 1 1/4" wide white cotton canvas aka duct cloth for my chest straps and thigh box straps.
  18. Gratz bro, you deserve the honor!
  19. I would be in for one if it were to be made. I agree with the majority that a brown or olive background would preferable for the t shirt. Just some suggestions of mine: 1) Left breast kashyyyk logo...same as the patch but to be of a single color like black or white 2) Back image, maybe we could use MB profile shot and make it to a line art as its pretty cool looking, followed by the text at the bottom "The few the Proud, The Kashyyyk Troopers"
  20. Beautiful work bro on DC-15S. you are really a acryllic master!
