StephTrooper
Anyone have ideas about the under suit? Is it a slimmer flight suit or pants and the shirt is more like a TK with a neck seal? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Bubonos
I wondered the same thing. But I think our normal flight suits should be fine personally. The cartoon is drawn very slim and sleek. So I think due to the art, a flight suit may look like a body suit. But again, that's my opinion. Digger
I guess all cartoon suits are simplified versions to save time and money. but.. you're making a rebels suit, or you're making a RotJ suit https://imgur.com/a/Fy88f from this angle to me it seems both options are viable but i'd say suit and neck are so tightly aligned, it seems sewn together at least. the shoulder pads and earholes are huge by the way. -edit- wow photobucket is being a dork...the link is to an imgur image now. StephTrooper
From what I've found it looks like baggier pants and a slimmer top. But could be the simplifying of he cartoon. Also when he has the helmet off, it looks like there's a neck seal there's no "zipper" of a flight suit. And what looks like a neck seal. I'd rather a flight suit lol Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

StephTrooper
Belt assembly. I cut backing from spare ABS to fit the boxes. Chicago screws to attach. The belt is lined with flexible vinyl for stability. The closure buckle (I placed in back). I used bra clasps glued onto a backing piece that for the buckle box. Chicago screws to mouth the buckle box to belt. Glue boxes to backing plates. I cut craft foam to fill the hollow boxes. Loop 1" cotton webbing through buckles and parachute buckles. I kept the strapping around 1.24" from the belt buckles. The pouch webbing is 4". Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
