Yeah, avoid Sheev’s LIKE THE PLAGUE. Your best option would be to reach out to a tailor to get a custom jacket made. It’s not super complicated, but it does have a lot of ribbing.

Do these forearms look approvable or should I trim them more? And/or should I bondo where it all meets together?  

That happens to all of us.  Most of just put foam on the cheeks to lift the helmet off our noses
